Summary: The location was good. Little confusing navigating the building, but eventually figured it out. All the floors were dirty. Looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in awhile. One of the bedroom outlets top plug didn't work. Front bathroom lights flickered, only one bulb worked and the faucet moved, had to hold on to it to turn the cold/hot.
